The Gravegarden GDD and Godot project
The document Astra built it from, and the Godot project it produced.
What you get
- The complete build GDD, every section, nothing trimmed
- The SpriteCook worklist: the style lock, the prompts, and the order every asset was generated in
- Both rounds of feedback, what was asked and what the agent changed
- The full Godot project, open it and press play
The concept art
What Gravegarden was designed from

The core loop
Two fixed dirt paths funnel everything that wants you dead into the Heart Crypt. Every other decision in the game is built around keeping that one room standing.

The early economy
Two producers pay Gravecoin whether you are playing or not, and kills pay the same currency. So every coin is the same question: compound the economy, or buy defence right now.

The expanded arena
What the board turns into once the economy compounds. The arena was sized for this state first, then walked backwards to the opening minute.

In their words
“We saw a 2x lift in signups consistently in the 72 hours following every Letta video drop.”
2x signups lift in the 72h after every video

“The dedicated tutorial video performed exceptionally well, reaching double the channel’s average viewership and driving great engagement. Marco was incredibly responsive, flexible with our feedback, and delivered high-quality content that resonated perfectly with his community.”

“Most of my users came from Letta’s video, and still are.”

“Marco created short-form videos that reached hundreds of thousands of views, consistently brought creative ideas to the table, and was always proactive, responsive, and easy to work with. We’ve been very happy with the results and will continue working with him.”
Short-form videos reaching hundreds of thousands of views

“Letta made great videos of our project at a reasonable price! He was easy to work with, fast, friendly, honest and competent. We still get a lot of value from our videos!”

“Letta has been fast, flexible, creative, very easy to work with, and consistently high quality. The videos have clearly reached the right audience: we have had many people ask us whether we had seen them, and people in our community have responded very positively.”
Videos landing with the right audience

“Certainly yes. He’s a great rising creator - collaborates greatly with small teams who want creators to take the wheel in making the content feel original.”

“Wow, great job. You are a master at your craft. This looks fantastic and really well executed. Seriously impressive work.”
“We’d love to use short clips of your model generation as official material.”
“I’ve gone ahead and tweeted about the video, and I’ve put it in my Discord server as a reference for beginning users. I’d definitely like to continue to work with you.”
“I like your video editing style and you presented Sorceress very well. I’ll have some other video ideas for you to do soon.”
Behind the brand
I'm Marco Paoletta, founder of Letta Corporation.
Letta started in July 2022 as a game development YouTube channel and grew into a media company with one thesis: polish is the argument. Our audience of game developers is skeptical of AI hype, which is exactly why an honest, well-crafted feature from us moves them.
Before and alongside the channel, I built game dev education for Zenva Academy(17 published courses on a platform with 1M+ learners), created hybrid-casual prototypes in the Voodoo Academy Program (the publisher behind 8B+ downloads), and shipped studio work at FiveBits. My Video Game Development degree at UTN (Argentina) is in progress.
“He has created a series of outstanding titles in GameMaker and Godot that showcase his deep knowledge and passion for game development. Marco consistently delivers high-quality, engaging content that empowers learners to build their skills and achieve their goals. Marco’s contributions have made a significant impact to our learning community.”
